Preview first, no commitment
Your initial upload is for preview only. We run the analysis, you see what you're losing - nothing is retained until you choose to go further.
NDA before anything is stored
When you start a full pilot, we sign an NDA before any of your data is retained. Your commercial data stays yours - always.
What we access, and what we don't
We only ever access the sales and stock data required for the agreed analysis. We do not request account credentials, financial access, or any permission beyond restricted, view-only data - and we never take any action inside a retailer portal beyond reading the agreed report.
Security measures
- Credentials or access tokens, where relevant, are stored encrypted - never in plaintext
- Access to your data is restricted to the team members directly working on your account
- All system access is logged for audit purposes
Full deletion on request
If you choose not to continue after a pilot, all your data is permanently deleted from our systems within 14 days, with written confirmation provided.
